We all have tough times and that’s when seeking help is really important. You know – things like difficulties at work, in the family, health problems, injuries, money worries. Sometimes the tough times seem to drag on, or other things happen that make them worse. And then problems pile up.
At times like these it can be hard to know what to do. Sometimes it’s hard to ask for help or know where to get help.
About 1 in 5 people will experience a mental health problem that requires professional treatment at some time in their life. Many more will experience times of crisis, stress, anxiety or depression. It’s important to know that you don’t have to face these problems by yourself.
